The Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra is located along the spine behind the naval region. It is associated with the color orange, is directly affected by physical concerns, and is connected with the reproductive organs. It is the second lowest energy vibration, correlating to the emotional plan of existence.

When the sacral chakra energy is balanced you feel comfortable with who you are sexually, you are able to express your inner power and beauty, you will have a lot of physical energy,healing energy and you will experience the joys of life.
